Finished in piano black, the wEAR In20m features a highly intelligible in-line microphone, which allows users to answer or end calls with the touch of a button. The headset is compatible with virtually all phones that have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Furthermore, Jamo has gone to great lengths to ensure the cables are robust as well as discreet, while the appropriate strain relief at every cable connection point helps prevent wire damage.
Like all the other models the Jamo wEAR In20m employs a moving coil micro-speaker design with controlled damping, a feature that allows it to deliver smooth, full-bodied sound similar to a balanced armature. A single neodymium magnet motor structure in each of the 5.78mm drivers establishes the Jamo wEAR In20m’s damping characteristics and delivers a frequency response of 12Hz-18kHz. It’s an arrangement that allows kick drums to 'attack' properly and intermodulation distortion to be significantly reduced.
The In20m comes with three pairs of different-sized ear tips and a protective carrying case.
