New Staff Training and Warehouse Expansion powers BBG Customer Service Drive WATFORD, UK - 1st April 2008 - BBG Distribution Limited, the specialist supplier of audio-visual products and accessories have a well deserved reputation for both excellent customer service and unbeatable retail sales training. However for BBG to continue delivering outstanding service we need to ensure the same standard of product training is applied to our internal sales support staff as much as the Independent Retailer.
Therefore BBG have initiated regular staff training sessions, not only for the sales desk but all members of the business, so everyone has the same level of knowledge and expertise. These regular sessions will cover all aspects of customer service - from product training and technical support information to sales promotions and new product launches. BBG believe by investing the time to enhance the overall knowledge of their staff, their customers can only reap the benefits. The company's ultimate aim is to offer a fully engaged sales and support team that meets the needs of their customers and makes dealing with BBG a straightforward, efficient and pleasurable experience. From the 1st April 2008 the office opening hours have been amended slightly in order to accommodate these early morning staff training sessions. Monday to Thursday, BBG will open from 9.30am to 5.30pm, and on Friday till 5pm. Warehouse expansion speaks volumes BBG expands its' warehouse to increase stock holding and therefore delivery performance for our customers. In order to cope with continued growth of BBG and the resulting additional demand for product, the company has been forced to increase the volume of space in their warehouse. The plan will add an additional 200+ pallet bays and facilitate extra stock holding of current lines, whilst giving room for the multiple new product launches throughout 2008.
